After today's workshop in class what did I learn?​

I learn that by role-playing or rather looking at things from another perspectives, put myself in the shoes of another role to try and be that role to feel what is to see a particular problem or situation in that particular setting.​

By role-playing you would imagine and react how a person in that particular role would have done so while asking question how and what kind of changes can be made to solve or adapt to a problem from that role's perspective.​

How does it help in my trend report?​

I believe it helps in terms of making me see things from another perspectives before switching back to think from a designers perspectives. I can try to write about how someone from another field might think about the topic that I had in my trend report, how their lives and role might change due to it.
